This Privacy Policy explains what information the SEO/GEO Analyzer browser extension collects, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.
1. Data Collected by the Extension
The SEO/GEO Analyzer is designed to provide you with a detailed, real-time audit of the webpage you are currently viewing. To deliver this analysis, the extension temporarily accesses and processes the following information only when the extension is manually activated by the user on a specific tab:

2. How and Where Data is Processed
- Temporary Processing: All collected data, including the content of the webpage and records of user activity, is processed locally on your device within the browser instance.
- No Server Storage: We do not transmit, store, or archive any of the collected data on our servers or any third-party servers. When you close the analysis panel or navigate away from the page, the collected data is discarded.
3. Data We DO NOT Collect or Store
Your privacy is paramount. The SEO/GEO Analyzer does not:
- Collect Browsing History: We do not monitor or access a list of websites you visit, other than the specific page you actively run the Analyzer on.
- Identify You Personally: We do not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, or any other personally identifiable information.
- Share or Sell Data: We never sell, rent, or share any of the temporary data collected with advertisers or any third parties.
4. Permissions Rationale
The extension requires the following permissions to function as described above:
activeTabandscripting: To enable the temporary, secure execution of the analysis code only on the tab you are actively viewing and only when you click the extension icon.sidepanel: To provide a clean, dedicated space to display the analysis results without cluttering the main webpage.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. We will always notify users of any significant changes via the extension’s update notes and will post the revised policy on our website.
